Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I place an order?
Send an email (or postal mail) with a list of songs you'd like in each mix. Include any additional instructions that you have (part of song, timing, etc.). Be as detailed and specific as you can be. List the number of 8-counts per song, etc. You may need to list 10 or more songs per mix in order to be sure that the mix will flow smoothly.
How may I pay?
You can pay by check, money order, or use PayPal for any method of payment including credit cards. Send email for more information.
How long will it take to get my mixes?
During off-peak times, you can typically expect your mixes in two weeks. During peak season (August-October) we will give you an estimated completion date. You will then get to hear your mixes and either approve them as-is, or request changes.
*Can we have more than 2 minutes?
Most competitions limit each team to LESS than 2 minutes for dance and stunting. If your team is allowed more than 2 minutes, contact Custom Cheer for special pricing based on your circumstances.
**How many changes are included?
Changes that are needed to comply with competition time-restraints, and minor changes of sound effects or songs are included free of charge. We will discuss any additional charges for major changes before proceeding.
